Qualification

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified / Semi-Qualified, with a strong background in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.

Candidates with CA Inter / CA Final qualification and relevant industry experience may also be considered.

B.Com / M.Com with additional qualified qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance, preferably in a senior or managerial role.

Solid experience in financial accounting, monthly and annual closure, finalisation of accounts, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Experience in handling statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, EPC, project-based,



or import-export organisation will be preferred.

Proven experience in leading or supervising an accounts team and independently managing end-to-end accounting operations.

Preferred Skills

Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act provisions, and other applicable statutory regulations.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting or ERP systems.

Strong analytical, financial planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to review financial data, monitor project profitability, manage cash flow, and support management in financial decision-making.

Excellent communication, leadership, team-management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
