We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Operation Manager to support daily retail operations across multiple stores.

Role & responsibilities

Monitor daily SOP compliance and operational activities.

Track staff attendance, grooming, uniforms, and punctuality.

Verify global stock counting and stock refilling activities.

Prepare and share Target vs Achievement, PVT, ATV, SBQ, and Ranking Reports.

Monitor Google Reviews, customer data, and birthday call tracking.

Coordinate with stores, security agencies, and brand vendors.

Manage uniforms, ID cards, gate passes, alteration tags, and welcome kits.

Maintain IST tracking and operational Google Sheets.

Conduct staff interviews and support onboarding activities.





Train recent Store Managers on Blue Club Universe software.

Guide store staff on application usage and operational processes.

Attend meetings and ensure smooth coordination between Head Office and stores.

Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

15 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations, or Administration

Solid knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple stores and operational reports
