Conduct timely monthly and annual financial closures, including preparation of journal entries, provisions, and reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management review.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory returns related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain up-to-date compliance records and monitor regulatory changes to ensure adherence to applicable laws.

Prepare and submit financial reports, stock statements, and debtor statements to banks and financial institutions.

Develop periodic MIS and performance reports for lenders and investors, supporting funding and investment initiatives.

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors by preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Address audit observations and queries promptly to ensure smooth audit outcomes.

Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure alignment with company policies and accounting procedures.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior finance staff on accounting and reporting tasks.

Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and other strategic finance initiatives. Requirements
Chartered Accountant (Inter), CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
B.Com/M.Com with relevant Finance & Accounts experience may also be considered.
5 to 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with exposure to financial closure, statutory compliance,

audit coordination, and lender reporting.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho, or similar accounting software.
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
