We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Project to join our team at RUCKUS Networks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management and be able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.
Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders.





Job Requirements
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with project management software and tools such as Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management.
