Job Title: Sea Export Pricing Executive

Department: Pricing Freight Forwarding

Location: Saket , New Delhi

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sea Export Pricing Executive to manage pricing activities for sea export shipments. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining competitive freight rates, preparing quotations, negotiating with shipping lines and overseas agents, and supporting the sales team with timely and accurate pricing solutions

.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for Sea Export (FCL/LCL) shipments.
Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and transport vendors.
Negotiate freight and local charges to achieve the best pricing.
Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for quotation requirements.
Maintain and update freight tariffs, rate sheets, and pricing databases.
Monitor market trends, carrier rate changes, and surcharges.
Ensure timely submission of quotations to customers and the sales team.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with shipping lines, overseas agents, and vendors.




Support tender submissions and contract pricing when required.
Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in Sea Export Pricing within a Freight Forwarding company.
Good knowledge of FCL/LCL pricing, shipping lines, Incoterms, and export documentation.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
