Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Oncology

Qualification

MBBS from a recognized medical college

Registration

Valid MMC / State Medical Council Registration

Experience

Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors may apply

Experience in Oncology, Medicine, ICU, or Emergency will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Manage Oncology OPD and IPD patients under consultant supervision

Perform initial patient assessment, history taking, and clinical examination

Monitor admitted cancer patients and manage day-to-day clinical care

Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with senior consultants

Assist in chemotherapy services, patient monitoring, and supportive care

Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Coordinate with Nursing, ICU, Radiology, and other departments for comprehensive patient management





Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Skills Required

Good clinical assessment and patient management skills

Ability to work in Oncology, IPD, and Emergency settings

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Professional, compassionate, and patient-centric approach

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
