Role & responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering activities to improve production efficiency, productivity, and

capacity utilization across manufacturing lines.

• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and manpower optimization to achieve targeted

output and operational efficiency.

• Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material flow for smooth

manufacturing operations.

• Support recent product introduction (NPI) by defining process flow, cycle time, and line setup.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, cycle time, and operational cost.

• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process

improvements.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve line performance

and yield.

• Support automation and digitalization initiatives aligned with smart manufacturing practices.

• Develop standard work instructions and process documentation for manufacturing

operations.

• Train and guide engineering and production teams on best practices in industrial

engineering.
