Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Engineer / Production Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess solid leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and overall production efficiency.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).




Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.

Qualifications
Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in FRP/Composite manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of production planning, quality management systems, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
