We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in existing loyalty programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch recent products and services that align with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of loyalty programs, making recommendations for optimization.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.




Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful loyalty programs.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in a similar industry or role is preferred.
