The ideal candidate will have a robust background in agency development and management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through agent recruitment and development.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.
Recruit, train, and develop agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents to improve their skills and knowledge.




Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in agency development or a related field.
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
