The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM functional architecture and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Design and implement scalable and efficient CRM systems that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation of CRM system designs and implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on current CRM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM system performance and data integrity.




Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for CRM implementation.

Job Requirements
