Purpose:

To lead the Factory Technical Training function. Process Owner of Training Management System (TMS). Training Strategy & Planning. Resource Management.

Experience and Education
Full time Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines with 15 to 22 years of experience.
Preferably from Electronics Manufacturing Industries, Automation Service Support Teams, or Auto Electrical Manufacturing sectors.
Expertise in Technical Training, Training & Development, and end-to-end skill development for Operators, Associates, and Technicians.
Must possess comprehensive experience in overseeing technical training programs across all factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Able to deliver the complete Instructional Design Module, including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE).
Should have experience managing a team of Technical Trainers, Senior Engineers, and Assistant Managers, with a team size of 1020 members.




Should be able to implement Global technical training practices within the factory.
Responsible for overseeing the DOJO training process and ensuring 100% completion of induction training for all shopfloor personnel, including Operators, Technicians, and Associates.
Initiate and implement a Training Management System (TMS) across the entire factory to streamline and standardize training processes.
Achieve Training KPIs such as Plan vs Actual, Training Effectiveness, Training ROI, Skill Assessment, and Multiskilling.
Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
Possess robust technical content writing skills, including the ability to develop Technical Procedures, Process Flows, and Training Modules.
Should have robust Project Management skills.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is an added advantage.
