Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.
Recruit, train, and develop agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, customers, and other partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve results.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.
Solid understanding of the insurance product lifecycle and distribution channels.
