We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced qualified to join our team as a Manager - Elite Vertical in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the insurance industry, with expertise in channel sales and distribution.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through the agency channel.
Build and maintain robust relationships with agents and other stakeholders to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on sales performance,



providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution methods, including agent recruitment and development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools and technologies.
