We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain solid relationships with agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve agent productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.




Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.
Solid knowledge of the insurance product life cycle and sales process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is an advantage.
