Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing RWA camps, health camps, gym activations, and other on-ground marketing initiatives.
Support the identification of suitable event locations and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
Work closely with store teams, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Conduct market visits to identify opportunities for increasing store footfall and brand visibility.
Interact with customers, gather feedback, and share market insights with the team.
Assist in identifying store-level challenges and recommend ideas to improve customer engagement and revenue.
Ensure timely setup and execution of marketing activities.
Maintain activity reports and campaign data using MS Excel and MS Word.
Travel within the assigned city and, if required, to nearby cities for marketing activities.
Eligibility
Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field work and travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
