Required Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience designing and building on the Appian platform (typically 5+ years, or equivalent depth).
Proven track record as a lead designer, solution architect, or technical lead on Appian delivery projects.
Deep understanding of Appians core capabilities: process models, records, interfaces (SAIL), sites, integrations, and the security model.
Solid command of solution architecture principles data modelling, integration patterns, and performance/scalability.
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Appians advanced capabilities: RPA, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Process Mining, AI features,



and Data Fabric.
Experience integrating Appian with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, relational databases).
Complementary technical skills: SQL, Java/relevant scripting, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD tooling.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with pre-sales, estimation, and solution scoping.
