Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing end-to-end learning projects, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre workplace.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Robust leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their goals.
