Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents to improve their sales skills.
Identify current business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in agency development or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with financial products and services is an advantage.
