The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agency development and management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through agents.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through agents.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new agents to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch current products and services.




Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in agency development or a related field.
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
