NKey Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end regional operations across multiple locations.

Drive portfolio expansion and property acquisition.

Manage guest experience, homeowner relations, housekeeping, F&B;, concierge, maintenance, and vendor operations.

Develop and execute revenue growth and profitability strategies.
N
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, OPEX/CAPEX, and cost optimisation.
N
Build and manage a robust vendor and procurement ecosystem.
N
Establish operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
N




Built a profitable villa maintenance unit with SOPs, pricing models, and preventive/corrective systems to enhance homeowner satisfaction.

Implement SOPs, processimprovements, and training programmes.

Ensure operational compliance, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Lead, mentor, and develop large multi-city teams.
