We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in existing loyalty programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that align with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of loyalty programs, making recommendations for optimization.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty program implementation.




Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful loyalty programs.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a quick-paced setting with multiple priorities and deadlines.
