NMentor students in academic and research projects

NResearch & Publications

NConduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals/conferences

NLead research initiatives and guide Ph.D. scholars

NDrive large-scale fundedresearch projects and research centers

NCurriculum & Academic Development

NContribute to curriculumdesign, revision, and innovation

NEnsure Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices

NParticipate in academic committees and institutional development





NLeadership & Administration

NMentor junior faculty and support academic administration (for Associate Professor)

NProvide academic leadership and strategic direction (for Professor)

NContribute to accreditation and ranking processes (NBA, NAAC, NIRF)

NIndustry & Collaboration

NDevelop industry partnerships, internships, and placement support

NEngage in consultancy, innovation, and technology transfer

NBuild national and international academic collaborations

NQualifications & Eligibility

NPh.D. in relevant discipline (mandatory for Associate Professor & Professor

Npreferred/ongoing for Assistant Professor)

NM.Tech (CSE)

NExperience Requirements

NAssistant Professor

nAssociate Professor: Minimum 8+ years

NProfessor: Minimum 10+ years and above
