AWS Cloud Engineer

Technical
Experience in Public Cloud and services (or) AWS Cloud
Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines and work closely with IT security to monitor
Design, implement, and maintain Terraform configurations to automate the deployment, and management of AWS resources
Solid experience as a Windows, LINUX System Administrator and Production Support of various applications on Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux & Ubuntu.
Understand the concepts of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to maximize automation, reduce waste, increase scale and apply systemic thinking.
Networking principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, Network Security Groups, routing, Firewall, ExpressRoute, load balancer, DNS, etc Azure (or) AWS
Developing and maintaining Terraform modules to automate the provisioning of AWS resources.
Implementing best practices for infrastructure design and configuration to ensure high availability, security, and cost optimization.
Utilizing tools like CloudWatch and implementing cost optimization strategies to ensure effective resource utilization.




Working closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of infrastructure.
Continuous learning about recent AWS and Terraform features and best practices to improve infrastructure.
Identifying and resolving issues related to infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and performance.
Identifying issues and providing resolution related to Firewall, Security groups using CloudTrail logs.
Working with security groups related configurations for application requirements.
Designing, implementation, and management for infrastructure on Azure cloud.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers with updated version.
Knowledge of infrastructure configuration and networking.
Monitoring tool like SolarWinds and ticketing tool; ServiceNow knowledge requirements.
Knowledge in creating CI/CD pipelines
Experience on Jenkins tool (backend configuration using Python or Other scripting language)
