We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Elite Vertical in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the insurance industry, with expertise in channel sales and distribution.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through the agency channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales performance.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify current business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales activities,



ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of channel sales and distribution methods, including agent recruitment and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience working with insurance products and services, including life insurance and related financial products.
