Roles and Responsibilities
Drive monthly primary & secondary sales targets.
Execute marketing campaigns and product detailing through field teams.
Ensure market coverage as per tour and coverage plans.
Handle escalations from distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance.
Conduct regular reviews, forecast accurately, and maintain market hygiene.
Recruit, train, and motivate field force to minimize attrition.
