What you'll do
You will support the technical information management process by following and enhancing established procedures and standards. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams across locations to ensure accurate, complete, and well-structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Source, review, and manage technical documents from development through operations
Collaborate with developers, construction managers, asset managers, EPC/O&M; contractors, and global teams
Track project milestones and follow up to ensure documentation completeness
Maintain and update the master document register (drawings, datasheets, testing, permits, site studies)
Enforce document control standards (naming, numbering, folder structure, archiving)
Manage document transition from pipeline to operational portfolio
Ensure completeness of technical data in asset management ERP systems
Drive process improvements and promote better collaboration across stakeholders
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with one to three years of skilled experience in Engineering Information Management, preferably in the Renewables or Energy industries
The candidate should be able to review technical drawings, test reports and equipment data.
The candidate should possess practical knowledge of Workflow Management, Folder Management, and Revision Control on different EDMS tools.
The candidate should be able to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a skilled and positive manner.
The candidate should be an individual contributor requiring minimal supervision and display cooperative approach
Candidate with experience in process automation and data visualization using current technology (Python/R/VBA/SQL/Power BI) is likely to have an advantage.
