Enforce repository goverce, branching strategies, code ownership, and security best practices
Create, optimize, and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for build, test, security scanning, and deployment automation
Monitor CI/CD pipeline health, performance, and reliability; proactively identify and resolve failures
Provide operational support for CI/CD pipelines, including troubleshooting build and deployment issues
