Development of reports, dashboards and presentations

Responsibilities
Ensure to work with appropriate tools and techniques to understand portfolio & business characteristics and help in overall decision-making process.
Provide analytics across departments: Portfolio, Collections, Risk, Operations, Sales.
Ensure high quality and consistency of reports
Customize standard dashboards as per business requirements
Proactively looking at data trends and sharing key findings.
Analyze credit bureau data and provide actionable recommendations
Using appropriate data,



processes & techniques for building high quality presentations.
Work with a consultative mindset to gather requirements from other teams
Work with tech teams to identify and resolve any data, infrastructure, or implementation issues
Communicate analysis results and provide qualified presentations in a easy yet actionable manner

Skills and competencies
Extensive experience of analytical tools e.g. R, Python, VBA, Excel, SQL etc.
Experience in risk analytics, collection analytics, bureau analytics etc. Competencies:
Able to deliver results independently with only high level inputs
Can solve fairly complex data and analytics problems
Understanding of mortgage business
Able to interpret, share and discuss results in the business context
Problem solving, Analytical approach and thinking
Manage and prioritize own work stream
