We are looking for a skilled Senior Area Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to manage large Cluster operations in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and agents.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and management skills,
