Role Description The Analyst role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decisions and operational improvements.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating data accuracy, and contributing to process optimization initiatives. The Analyst is expected to maintain documentation of methods and findings and support ad-hoc analysis requests as needed.

Qualifications
Ability to work with data sets, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)



and familiarity with basic reporting or visualization tools.
Robust documentation and communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in a rapid-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant internships or prior analytical experience are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate effectively in teams, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Exposure to databases, SQL, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
