Role Description: This is a full time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Chennai.

The Project

Architect will oversee the design and execution of building projects, ensuring they meet clients' specifications and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities include developing architectural plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



managing project timelines, supervising execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and handling submittals. Additionally, the role will involve incorporating modern architectural practices such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and sustainability certifications like LEED into project processes.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Must be having atleast 2+Yrs experience needed.
Solid proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Experience in managing submittals and project documentation.
Architectural Design and Project Management skills.
Experience in designing of construction projects.
Experience in BIM Knowledge preferred.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Timely delivery of drawings.
Soft Skills - Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop, Coredraw, Ms-Office Skills.
