The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agency development and management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through agent recruitment and development.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and developing new agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure their continued growth and success.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance agents' skills and knowledge.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize agent development efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent development goals with overall business objectives.
Provide coaching and mentoring support to help agents achieve their full potential.

Job Requirements




Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the insurance product life cycle and distribution channels.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify prospects and challenges.
Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is an asset.
