• Manage sales and execution across assigned DMart & Vishal Mega Mart stores.
Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
Ensure optimum product availability, shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and secondary displays.
Coordinate with store teams and distributors for timely replenishment and order execution.
Execute promotions, current product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and in-store activations.
Maintain healthy inventory and minimize stock-outs.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
Desired Candidate
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of Modern Trade sales experience in FMCG/Food/Nutraceuticals.
Hands-on experience managing DMart and/or Vishal Mega Mart stores is mandatory and will be highly preferred.
Robust relationships with store teams and distributors.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
