We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Architect/CAD Designer to work on international architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills and experience in preparing construction and Positive for Construction (GFC) drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in drawings.
Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site feedback.
Ensure drawings comply with project standards and construction requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Preferred Candidate Profile.




Passion for architecture and design.
Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
Self motivated and eager to learn and grow within the architecture and design industry.
