Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Telecaller

Department : Sales & Marketing Department

Reporting To - SR. Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting the team in converting enquiries into bookings. The role is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving daily productivity and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management
Contact all assigned leads promptly.
Qualify customer requirements, budget, location preference, and purchase timeline.
Explain project highlights, pricing, amenities, and offers.
Address customer queries professionally.

Follow-up
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Re-engage old and inactive leads.
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule.
Build rapport and nurture prospects until they are ready for a site visit.

Site Visit Coordination
Schedule site visits with interested customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments.
Confirm customer availability before the visit.




Follow up after scheduled visits.

CRM Management
Update Salesforce CRM after every interaction.
Record accurate call outcomes, remarks, and follow-up dates.
Maintain complete customer records.
Ensure 100% CRM accuracy.

Customer Experience
Maintain a courteous and skilled tone.
Understand customer needs before recommending projects.
Represent the company's brand values in every interaction.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Kannada, English & Hindi)
Positive interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to build customer relationships
Robust persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
WhatsApp and email communication skills
Ability to work under targets

Qualifications
Graduate (preferred)
13 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, customer support, or real estate industry exp (preffered)
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
