Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and conduct classes for undergraduate commerce courses
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic resources
Guide and mentor students in academic and career development
Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records
Participate in curriculum development and academic activities




Contribute to research, seminars, workshops, and institutional development
Maintain discipline and academic standards within the classroom

Requirements
Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) with robust academic background
NET or PhD is mandatory as per UGC norms
Valuable communication and teaching skills
Ability to guide and mentor students effectively
Commitment to academic excellence and institutional growth
