Role Overview The Associate / Senior Associate will support fund operations, compliance, investor servicing, and portfolio administration for Spyre Proptech Venture Fund. The role involves coordinating with fund service providers, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining investor records, and supporting efficient day-to-day fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Operations

Coordinate with custodians, fund accountants, banks, auditors, and other service providers.

Support bank/demat account operations, capital calls, distributions, and fund movement tracking.

Manage investor onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, and investor records.

Maintain unit registers, fund documentation, and portfolio data.

Assist with portfolio valuation, NAV workings, cash flow tracking, and MIS reporting.

Support management fee calculations, reconciliations, and fund accounting processes.

Compliance & Governance

Support SEBI AIF compliance, regulatory filings, trustee reporting, and investor reporting.

Maintain compliance trackers, statutory registers, and audit documentation.





Assist in drafting and updating internal policies, SOPs, and governance documents.

Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, trustees, and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.

Monitor fund-level compliance requirements under the guidance of the Compliance Officer.

Qualifications & Skills

CA / CS / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with 25 years of experience in AIF, Venture Capital, Private Equity, PMS, or fund administration.

Valuable understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations and fund operations.

NISM XIX-C/XIX-D certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).

Strong MS Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
