We are looking for a sincere and motivated Pathology Laboratory Technician to join our NABL-accredited diagnostic centre. Freshers as well as candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome to apply. The selected candidate will assist in sample collection, laboratory testing, quality control, and reporting while adhering to NABL and laboratory protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Collect blood samples using proper phlebotomy techniques.
Receive, label and process patient samples accurately.
Perform routine laboratory investigations as per standard operating procedures.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
Prepare reagents and ensure proper storage of samples.
Follow internal quality control and NABL guidelines.
Maintain laboratory records, registers and documentation.
Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
Coordinate with doctors, front office staff and patients for smooth workflow.
Report equipment issues and assist in troubleshooting.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety within the laboratory.
Assist senior technicians and pathologists whenever required.
Eligibility
DMLT qualification.
Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience.
Good phlebotomy skills will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail.
