Key Responsibilities

1.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google,LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Manage company website updates, landing pages, SEO, and SEM activities.

3.Coordinate with medical, product, and sales teams to create compliant digital content for brands and therapy areas.

4.Handle social media calendars, campaign scheduling, and audience engagement.

5.Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics,

6.Meta Business Suite, and marketing dashboards.

7.Support email marketing campaigns and CRM activities.

8.Create and optimize digital advertisements to improve lead generation and brand awareness.

9.Work with external agencies/designers for creatives, videos, and promotional materials. 10.Ensure all digital communication complies with pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing guidelines.





11.Track competitor activities and latest digital marketing trends in the pharma/healthcare industry.

12.Prepare monthly performance reports and campaign analysis

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of pharma product promotion and healthcare compliance.

Analytical mindset with attention to campaign metrics and ROI.

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Team collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools is an advantage.

Compulsory experience of managing at least 4 pharma exhibitions from scratch.

Positive at making creatives, images, gifs and promotional graphics

Should be already working on Canva, Bulk emailing, online surveys, etc

Should be well versed with India mart

Should know how to use AI for research and improving quality.
