Knowledge of video editing /content authoring tools like Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond, Articulate 360
Knowledge and application of various instructional design methodologies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others collaboratively.
Experience working with brand guidelines to develop engaging high-quality content.
Strong MS Office skills.
Experience in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud will be an added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities
Work closely with the onshore and offshore teams and set expectations
Create high quality learning deliverables under strict timelines.
Provide creative inputs and suggestions on project/client deliverables.
Establish clear channels of communication with clients and stakeholders.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.




Work in and gain experience with a wide range of media and graphic design software applications.
Demonstrate positive design thinking and problem-solving skills.
Implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for producing learning content

Ensure cross team collaboration for sharing design ideas and cutting-edge solutions.

Education qualification/ professional experience
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in instructional design and development
Strong instructional design portfolio with proven success in client engagements
