Roles and Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Faculty Academic Delivery
Deliver lectures and facilitate interactive classroom discussions for B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Pharm.D programs.
Develop and update course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and digital learning resources in accordance with curriculum requirements.
Prepare question papers, conduct examinations, evaluate answer scripts and assignments, and assess practical records.
Hold regular office hours to provide academic guidance and support to students.

Laboratory and Practical Training
Supervise laboratory practical sessions in pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, and related disciplines.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and maintain chemical stock registers, laboratory equipment, and instruments.
Demonstrate appropriate experimental techniques and train students in the proper use of research and laboratory equipment.

Research and Scholarly Activities
Conduct original research in pharmaceutical sciences and related interdisciplinary areas.
