Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-formulation studies on raw material and excipients.
Responsible for formulation and process development of oral tablet and capsule formulations.
Design and execute formulation trials, analytical testing and evaluate stability data to finalize formulation composition.
Develop manufacturing processes for R&D; formulations.
Support technology transfer from laboratory scale to production scale.
Assure that all formulation and process development activities are documented in the notebook as per company procedures .
Prepare/review specifications for products and packaging components.
Prepare master formulas, manufacturing procedures, stability protocols/reports, process validation protocols/reports, Product Development Reports.
Prepare PRN, PO and arrange the raw materials for trials purpose.
Maintain the lab equipment (Tablet and capsule).
