Provide comprehensive Facilities Management services to ensure all amenities are adequately resourced, maintained, and operated as per defined standards.
Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site operations.
Develop site-wise proposals for facilities services including Housekeeping, Security, Technical Services, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other allied services.
Prepare detailed repair and maintenance plans and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Prepare Facilities Management budgets and monitor performance against approved budgets.
Manage budgets efficiently and achieve cost optimization without compromising service quality.
Maintain site accommodation and related services through contractors and direct labour in the most cost-effective manner.
Ensure site occupancy and operations comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.




Establish and maintain effective systems for receiving, addressing, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and quality; appraise, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and contribution.
Arrange and facilitate training programs at all staff levels to enhance skills and operational efficiency.
Prepare and periodically review Disaster Management and Emergency Response Plans.
Proactively liaise with local bodies, municipal authorities, and statutory agencies to ensure compliance and smooth site operations.
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for site, highlighting operational performance, compliance status, costs, and key issues to management.
