Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Toll Manufacturing activities to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with SCIL specifications and guideline.
Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished product testing to ensure conformance with required specifications.
To review test methods, SOPs, specifications, and quality documentation in line with SCIL.
Ensure timely calibration and validation of lab equipment and manufacturing processes.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in SAP (S4HANA).
To prepare DPR of Tolling activities.
Ensuring timely plan to production activities. Prepare GAP analysis for RM & PM.
Train and mentor quality staff on quality practices, SOP adherence, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
Skill of Monitoring the toll manufacturing activity & Ensure that manufacturing of the product carried out as per recipe given to toll manufacturing.
Knowledge of process and final product testing carried out at respective stages of formulations.
Experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV- Vis, KFR, etc.
Chemistry knowledge, Chemical analysis and Pesticide-Tech Various formulation sample test procedure and regulation.
Valuable knowledge toll manufacturer performance and evaluate the same.
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
