Position: Assistant Manager – Horticulture

Reporting To: Manager - PCS

Job Summary

Responsible for managing Plant Care Services (PCS) operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high-quality plant maintenance, client satisfaction, team management, and compliance with service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily plant maintenance operations across assigned sites.
Supervise Executives, Supervisors, and Gardeners.
Ensure timely plant replacement, pest control, irrigation, pruning, and overall plant health.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
Coordinate with clients and resolve service-related issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.




Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity.
Ensure availability of plants, materials, and consumables.
Maintain safety, quality, and SLA compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Landscape Management, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
