Role Purpose:
To support the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects under Services Department by coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders independently or under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage/Assist in the execution of assigned IT projects in line with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards
Capture project requirements and preparing initial documentation.
Ensure all project details are updated and maintained in JIRA or relevant project management tools.
Support preparation of documents required for Project Approval Board (PAB) reviews.
Prepare the project plans including resource breakdown, risk identification and mitigation, task breakdown and scheduling
Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and status sheets
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely completion of tasks.
Follow up on dependencies and ensure commitments are met.
Maintain all project documents (plans, reports, meeting minutes, etc.).
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate,



and up-to-date as per defined standards.
Follow established project management processes and compliance requirements.
Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions including preparation of Lessons learned from the past projects implemented
Continuously upgrade technical and project management skills.
Compliance with project processes and audit requirements
Required Skills and Competencies
Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle
Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in IT/Engineering/Computer Science or related field
14 years of experience in project coordination / IT projects (can vary as needed)
PMP / CAPM (optional, preferred for growth roles)
