Key Responsibilities
Reservations Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the reservations department
Ensure all bookings (phone, email, website, OTAs) are processed accurately
Monitor room availability and rate loading
Ensure compliance with booking policies and procedures
Revenue Optimization
Support revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
Monitor pick-up reports and forecast demand
Control room inventory across all distribution channels
Ensure accurate content, rates, and availability are updated
Monitor commission structures and production reports
