We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President to support team projects related to systems, staff, and product. This role involves implementing internal controls, handling team management, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting business and audit processes.

Responsibility:
Support all team projects including systems related, staff related, and product related.
Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize operational risk.
Execute business plans formulated by Unit Management.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients or service providers, including Front Office, Middle Office, Comptrollers, Legal, Internal Audits, and Systems.
Review team workflow, procedures, and systems for inefficiencies, operational risks, and quality issues.
Ensure solid information control in areas like email/fax transmission, handling customer information, and safekeeping of critical data.




Stay updated on market issues, industry developments, and current products and systems.
Support business report preparation and internal/external audit requests.
Assist in system enhancements and participate in team handling and stakeholder management.

Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience in loan operations.
Experience with loan operating systems such as ACBS and Loan IQ.
Experience with specialized lending products (e.g., Bilateral Loans, Asset Securitization, Leasing, Collateralized Loan Obligations, Project Finance, Loan Trading, and Credit Derivatives).
Experience with compliance in the lending domain.
Proficient in the management of lending products.
Competent oral and written communication skills.
