Develop and execute sales strategies for the defined territory in line with annual plans and timelines.
Identify recent growth opportunities to expand business in unrepresented areas of the state by appointing recent or extending channel partners' operations.
Ensure timely collection to maintain targeted daily outstanding (DSO).
Expand our presence in unrepresented areas of the state by appointing new or extending channel partners' operations.
Guide channel partners in achieving their targets by implementing systems and processes of Gunnebo.

Job Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; preference for an engineering background, post-graduation in management is a plus.
7+ years of relevant experience in channel sales, with prior exposure to BFSI, government, or jewelry sectors.




Possess positive techno-commercial experience in B2B and channel sales, demonstrating a customer-focused and relationship-driven approach.
Demonstrate result-oriented high resilience, self-motivation, and excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Exhibit high ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of system integrators and architects, along with excellent problem-solving skills, is essential.
